Initially, we walk through your deal and determine if we would be a good fit. If there is a mutual agreement, we move to the next level.

2 / Conduct Due Diligence

Next, we prepare a list of questions and comments as we anticipate the questions and comments of potential capital providers. We do a lot of due diligence upfront, which saves both of us time and money.

3 / Find the Right Match

Once we have a full grasp of the deal, we find the right execution for you. If we have multiple candidates, we put on our Scott Boras hat and take full advantage of the competition in the marketplace.
